As a professional organization, it is important that clients and customers are aware that the people behind JUAN CARLO – The Caterer, Inc. are themselves professionals in the catering industry.

              Coming from a family of caterers from Cavite, the owner-manager Engr. Alex Michael Del Rosario and his wife, Teresita Macatangay Del Rosario, a Medical Technology by profession combined their unique talents and ambitions that led to the conceptualization and realization of a lifetime dream. They honed their skills in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by putting up a mini-restaurant in Al-Khodair campsite and doing small catering projects for Filipinos and foreigners as well. The exotic Arabian, Egyptian, Indian, Pakistani, Palestinian and Tunisian dishes became a part of their daily lives, contributing a lot to their knowledge of international cuisine.

            August 1995, the Del Rosarios, fully equipped with the necessary information and capital, finally came home and settled for good in Batangas, signifying the birth of JUAN CARLO – THE CATERER, INC. Since then, it gained phenomenal success conquering the whole of Batangas even crossing borders to Tagaytay, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, Quezon, Mindoro, Bulacan, Pampanga and Metro Manila.

            August 2002, Juan Carlo – The Caterer, Inc. became a member of the Food Caterers Association of the Philippines. Alex was elected as one of the members of the Board of Directors and eventually became the president for the year 2004-2005. As the FCAP president, he displayed the same passion he has for his own outfit, paving the way for his chairmanship for the year 2009-2010 and reelection as FCAP president for the year 2010-2011. He is also elected as the Vice President of DLSU Parents’ University Student Organization and Chairman of the Centennial Family Day Committee of De La Salle – Taft for the year 2010 – 2011.

            Juan Carlo – The Caterer, Inc was the official caterer for Bong Revilla and Lani Mercado Centenial Wedding; Ogie Alcasid and Michelle Van Eimeren Wedding; Katherine de Castro and Eric Cruz Wedding. They also catered for Ogie Alcasid and Regine Velasquez’s Wedding last December 22, 2010 at Punta Fuego and Kyla and Rich Alvarez’s Wedding last November 28, 2011 at NBC Tent, Fort Bonifacio and for Raffy Tima and Mariz Umali Wedding last December 8, 2012 at Elements at Centris. Also, Juan Carlo catered celebrity birthday parties and debuts, including the First birthday of Andi Eigenmann’s daughter Ellie last November 25, 2012, and the Seventh Birthday of Jodi Sta. Maria’s son Thirdy last December 12, 2012 at Filinvest Tent.

            Juan Carlo The Caterer was also the official caterer for Zoren Legaspi and Carmina Villaroel’s surprise wedding, of Julia Montes’ 18th Birthday last March 19, 2013, Nora Aunor’s 60th Birthday last April 21, 2013, Love Radio DJ Papa Jack’s Wedding last April 28, 2013, and TV 5 Princess Eula Caballero’s 18th Birthday last June 6, 2013.

            Truly, it is the unquenchable love and passion for the catering profession that spelled the big difference for Juan Carlo – The Caterer, Inc.
